
Artist Statement
a designer who wants to show the cuteness of the world with her artworks
Alice KEE Pui Han focuses on craft and design in her university studies, specializing in graphic design, object design, and kiln-forming glass. She aims to capture the delightful aspects of life and explore the theme of growth, hoping to evoke happiness, positivity, and echo with others. Additionally, Alice sees her artwork as a means of documenting her own life experiences and expressing her childlike spirit. In her artwork, she usually works with paper, fabric, acrylic and glass. At the same time, as lamp plays a pivotal role in her life, so she likes to include light in her 3-dimensional artworks. She employs vivid colours and dynamic geometrical shapes to evoke a sense of joy and playfulness in her design, aiming to present the cuteness of the world with her visual arts and design.
